Windows93 V3's livestream uses AI slop

Yesterday, I found out that Windows93's "V3 Cyber Party" has a description that seems to be AI slop. Specifically, this bit:

Expand AI slop
Tonight we:
⚡ Reveal Windows93 Version 3.0
🎛 Host live electronic performances
💾 Answer your questions
🌐 Deploy the new version live
🧠 Glitch reality together

Windows93 was never a website.
It was a mistake in the timeline.
A beautiful accident.
A user interface to a universe that shouldn’t exist.
While the web was becoming clean, optimized, monetized —we stayed radioactive.
This isn’t nostalgia.
This isn’t retro.
This is unfinished history.
Windows93 is the operating system the internet almost chose.
The branch that split.
The future that glitched.
Version 3 is not an update.
It’s a mutation.
A consciousness upgrade.
A soft reboot of collective memory.
Tonight, we’re not pressing publish.
We’re opening a wormhole.
Join us live.
Enter the system.
Don’t just watch the launch.
Be inside it.

Just by looking at it, you can tell that it was written using generative AI.

Here are the giveaways:

  • The ChatGPT-like praising of Windows93 ("This isn't nostalgia", "Windows93 was never a website", etc.)
  • Emojis as bullet points
  • As Gujarat pointed out, there is also the infamous em-dash

This text makes me cringe just by looking at it.

Also, there is another red flag: https://v3.windows93.net is now locked behind a password.

I won't be surprised if the livestream's music is also gonna be AI slop.
